Osborne told to let Hawk go
Article Abstract:
UK property development partnership Hawk was legally dissolved by the two partners Trevor Osborne and Dr Wilem Frischman in June 1998, after Osborne agreed to give up his 50% of shares and pay compensation of 3.1 million pounds sterling. Osborne had been accused of using Hawk to further the interests of his own firm Trevor Osborne Property Group. Osborne was also accused of employing Hawk directors to work for his own firm, which was in breach of contract.
