Real estate agent as "superbroker": defining and bridging the gap between residential realtors' abilities and liabilities in the new millennium
Article Abstract:
The authors assess expectations of real estate agents and brokers as expressed through litigation by unsatisfied home and buyers and sellers. They conclude that these expectations often greatly exceed the agents' or brokers' expertise and training. They argue that the real estate industry should address these problems.
