The most significant change concerns economic participation and development with the active role of its citizens in city development, signalling a transition to a true democracy. Economic signs such as a renewed confidence in economic policies, accessible financing for real estate development, the renewed purchasing power of its citizens, and a revived interest of international investors in real estate development projects of countries such as Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, and the US.

Well-capitalized companies can develop virtual assets by offering a wide range of products and services for different clients.
