Reopen for business
Article Abstract:
The bomb attack on the centre of Manchester, England, made it possible to redevelop the city, creating accommodation more suited to the needs of modern occupiers. New occupiers are also set to be attracted to the city by the high quality of transportation. There have been very high levels of occupier take-up in all the city's regeneration areas. The balance of supply and demand is currently in favour of developers, but location and quality will become extremely important as more schemes are completed.
