San Miguel Properties Philippines President and CEO Federico Gonzalez has repositioned real estate as an effective income earner that tremendously helps the company's finances. The company has developed several of its real estate properties as a result of population changes in Manila. The company's poultry farms are turning into middle-class housing developments and San Miguel's campus headquarters, which used to be on the outskirts of the city, is now in an in-demand high-rise area.
