Stuck on the starting grid?
Article Abstract:
Real estate agents in Birmingham, England, generally support the city council's policy of discouraging cars from the city centre. However, they point out that there must be sufficient car parking spaces outside the city centre and that there must be reliable public transport. They feel that many people are reluctant to use the existing rail system or buses, so there is a need for a new, alternative means of transport. This must be in place before further restrictions on cars are introduced.

Into the fray
Article Abstract:
There is increasingly strong competition between property agency firms in Birmingham, England. Grimley, which claims to be the city's largest agency, believes that a move to new premises will assist in distinguishing it from its competitors. It has not lost staff to other agencies, unlike Chesterton and DTZ Debenham Thorpe, the other two large agencies in Birmingham. New agencies are starting on a small scale, but most expect to expand.
