The peril of our inner cities
Article Abstract:
The inner cities of the US are plagued with problems that beset the entire nation including a deterioration of social standards and the value system. Removing guns and drugs from the inner cities will be necessary before the other social problems can be addressed. It is also important to introduce year-round schooling that is the same throughout the US.
