Article Abstract:
Financial institutions such as pension trusts are increasingly involved in investing in real estate. This has created a growing need for real estate management skills which are particularly attuned to the needs and situations of these entities. The manager must be able to deal with complex financial realities in such a way as to increase the values of the properties charged to his care.
