There's a lot to prepare
Article Abstract:
The sale through auction of a six-storey office building located in London, England, and owned by the Argentinian government necessitated a clarification of the legal issues surrounding the property. The auction house, Nelson Bakewell, ensured the sale of the building was advertised in the media. They also carried out an audit of the building and undertook a valuation deciding on a guide price of 1.75 million-1.85 million pounds sterling. The property was sold for 2.6 million pounds sterling. Auction houses have a duty to the vendors but should also try to satisfy the buyers.
