Trade men's entrance
Article Abstract:
SGB HirePlus had profits of 23 million pounds sterling on a turnover of 285 million pounds sterling in 1998. SGB has 60 outlets in the UK and plan to expand their business and open 34 more sites by the end of 2000. The company leases scaffolding to trade customers. They are looking for good quality industrial style buildings, of about 3,500 sq ft, which are not located in an industrial park. The management feel the UK government's policy of reducing out of town development will assist them because they require space with limited parking.
