Transaction fees under fire

Some consumers lament that the transaction fees that real estate brokers charge is merely an additional commission for which no added service is rendered. They contend that the services which the fee purportedly covers are absorbed by the broker's commission. A suit against Prudential Florida Realty shows how transaction fees are expected to be covered by commission.
