Going private provides kick-start
Article Abstract:
The sales of Welsh Development Agency's 13 industrial estates to property company Ashtenne is expected to mark the beginning of a more successful period for South Wales property occupancy. Ashtenne believes that it has a much more flexible attitude than the sites' previous owners and wants to use this opportunity to encourage the economy of South Wales. Grants are available to prospective occupiers of some of the properties, which is expected to further stimulate interest in them.
