Article Abstract:

Property company Land Securities' reported 1.59 billion pounds sterling debt is underrated because it has long-term debentures which will not be payed off until 2024. Land Securities' share prices would fall by over 1.22 pounds sterling each if the real value of debt were to be calculated.
