Profitable real estate lending: reinventing the wheel for rockier roads
Article Abstract:
The present uncertainty of the real estate industry makes its rehabilitation very important. To resuscitate it, financial institutions should begin lending again. There are several factors, however, that must be remembered in transacting future loans. Information regarding properties should be accurately verified.
