Orb: making changes: the men in charge of Orb Estates are taking up the challenge of rebuilding the company
Article Abstract:
Orb Estates, which was previously Ossory Estates, persuaded its lenders to write down its debts within a ring fence, and it is now successfully paying back debt. Properties have been sold to third parties to cut borrowings and the company must now be rebuilt on a narrow capital base. It is planning early consolidation of 1.3 billion shares, development funding deals and joint ventures.
