A man in a suit with a mobile phone who called the shots in the City riot
Article Abstract:
Police officers working on Operation Enterprise, the investigation of the serious rioting in the City of London, England, on Jun 18, 1999, so far have photographs of 147 different people said to be involved in serious criminal offences. Evidence from film from hidden police cameras seems to indicate that the rioting was carefully planned. In particular, a number of activists are seen in suits, apparently in an attempt to disguise themselves.
