Aaaargh! Save me from these night-time spiders
Article Abstract:
The accepted definition of a nightmare is that it is a form of release of pent up emotions which cannot be dealt with during the day. A bahavourial therapist in Beckenham, Kent, UK has set up the Nightmare Research Group to challenge traditional methods of treatement. She has already attracted 500 volunteers who have nightmares and are not taking medication and are not under stress. She believes that many people's primary problem is reoccurring nightmares that are not a result of any other distress. She aims to provide self-help techniques to confront fears and reduce worry.

Open wide for a jaw-breaker
Article Abstract:
The majority of British people are accustomed to simply accepting what they are told by their dentist, and do not usually think to question the dentist's judgement. However, this is likely to change as more and more dentists leave the NHS. Against this background, it is increasingly important to choose a reliable and trustworthy dentist. NHS dentists are obliged to undergo regular checks by the Dental Practice Board, but this is not the case with private dentists, for whom there is not even a central register.
