Bosnian imam rails against the West's injustice

Article Abstract:

President of the Muslim imams of Bosnia-Herzegovina Dr Mustafa Ceric states that Western countries betrayed Bosnians by not lifting the arms embargo. Bosnians are defending the principles of Europe and of the United Nations because they wish to live together. Dr Ceric trained in the theological college at Al-Azhar in Cairo, taught in the US and believed in inter-church faith. Since the European intervention in the Serbian attack on Muslims, he feels Christians are not helping because they wish to take revenge against Muslims.

The man who wants to wage holy war against the Americans

Article Abstract:

It is vital to take military action against US forces in the Gulf, according to Ossama Bin Laden, who was the first Arab fighter in the battle against Russia in Afghanistan. He has now turned his attention to the US, but claims that he is only opposed to the US government, not to the American people. He realises that he is regarded as a highly dangerous terrorist, but is determined to liberate his country from foreign occupation. He claims that he is now gaining extensive support in Pakistan.

Revolt stirs against West's secret legions

Article Abstract:

Muslims are interpreting the recent bombing of the US Air Force housing complex at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, in which 23 US servicemen died, as an indication that the US presence in Saudi Arabia no longer serves any useful purpose. There are currently at least 5,000 US military personnel in Saudi Arabia, and there are 10 times more western military personnel in the Gulf than before 1990. Almost all Saudis believe that the US presence there was the reason behind the bomb attack.
