Company man takes a dive
Article Abstract:
The move towards a more flexible labour market was initially seen as very positive, creating a more healthy and committed workforce. However, statistics are now indicating that there have been few real changes in the structure of the employment market. The average time which people serve with an employer has not declined substantially, and predictions about the death of middle management have not proved correct. Despite this, some observers now believe that re-engineering may have been taken too far, endangering the very foundations of corporate excellence.

Through the keyhole - a look at the inner woman
Article Abstract:
A hysteroscopy involves a very small telescope containing fibre optics being inserted into the womb via the vagina and the cervix. The equipment provides very clear pictures of the womb on a large TV screen, allowing surgeons to view and deal immediately with problems such as polyps, fibroids or adhesions. This technology is regarded as the best available for the diagnosis and treatment of many gynaecological conditions.
