Article Abstract:
The Courtauld Gallery in London, England, is staging an exhibition entitled 'Art Made Modern: Roger Fry's Vision of Art.' The first room contains caricatures, portraits and memorabilia, including two self-portraits and portraits of Bertrand Russell and painter Nina Hamnett. There is also a gallery devoted to the Omega Workshops, which employed artists part-time to permit the new sense of colour and rhythm driving Post-Impressionism to enter the decorative arts.
