For hire: the new revengers
Article Abstract:
There are companies and individuals who offer revenge in the United Kingdom. They include Get Back Agency, which put elephant dung in the garden of a dog owner whose neighbor was a Get Back client and who had suffered from the dog defecating in his garden. Get Back argues that people are less willing to be tolerant and sort out problems with each other, hence the demand for their services. Revenge services are also provided by a self-employed man who sees his role as preventing people from doing worse things on their own.

'I need to stop feeling needed to be needed.' (author and journalist Angela Neustatter and son Zek)(A Family Affair)
Article Abstract:
The prospect of your children no longer living at home can be very hard to face, according to author and journalist Angela Neustatter. She does not particularly welcome having more time to herself, although there are many things she wants to do. She now realizes that she must let go of her need to be needed by her two sons. Zek, her older son, believes that living at home as an adult has allowed him to get to know his parents as adults. However, he has now left home because he felt the need to get to know himself.

Goodbye suit, hello dreams
Article Abstract:
Some people find that their lifestyle actually changes for the better when they decide to abandon a lucrative career. They usually have to manage on less money, but benefit emotionally from having more control over their life and having time for an active social life. Taking a less well-paid job can lead to a drop in social status, but this need not necessarily be a problem. However, it can sometimes be difficult not to worry about leaving behind a clear career structure.
