Have we had our fill of eating with Conran?
Article Abstract:
The restaurateur Sir Terence Conran has become so influential that he can attract very talented chefs and determine the eating habits of many people. However, he seems to place little emphasis on the quality of food which is served in his restaurants or on the atmosphere in these outlets, according to leading food critic Fay Maschler. The eating experience in his restaurants is largely very impersonal, and prices are too high. People eat in his restaurants for the novelty value, rather than the food.

Article Abstract:
Diana, Princess of Wales, has visited Bosnia to focus on casualties from land mines. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom press contains stories of her relationship with Dodi al-Fayed. Diana is not always well-known in Bosnia, and some of the people she visited did not understand why she was there. She was accompanied by 100 journalists for a visit described as private. The journalists are more concerned about her personal life than her work with land mine victims.
