Rosemary West, who is standing trial accused of murdering 10 girls and young women, reacted very angrily when told by police that her husband Frederick had confessed to murdering their daughter Heather. She has denied any involvement with the murder, stating that her husband informed her that he had seen their daughter after she left home. The court has been hearing how Frederick West help police in their search for the buried remains of the couple's victims.

Her husband committed suicide while in prison in early 1995. The victims were treated extremely cruelly, and the jury will have to hear some very distressing evidence.
