How Robin Cook learned to stop worrying and love the bomb
Article Abstract:
The conflict in Kosovo, Yugoslavia, has almost certainly saved UK Foreign Secretary Robin Cook from being removed from office because of his poor image. Cook has now begun to perform quite well, gaining respect in both Europe and the US. He has shown considerable diplomatic skills, and has established a positive relationship with diplomatic correspondents. Most significantly, his promotion of an ethical foreign policy, which had been widely mocked, has now found its cause.
