How a craving for truth turned into a crusade
Article Abstract:
Doreen and Neville Lawrence, whose son Stephen was murdered in a racist attack in Apr 1993, have shown great courage in fighting against the police and the legal system to discover the truth about their son's death. They remain determined that at least some of his killers will be brought to justice. Campaigning against racism has given them a focus in their lives and helped them to fill the gap left by their son's murder. However, the loss of their son has damaged their relationship, and they now live apart.

Forget the tennis - anyone for lunch?
Article Abstract:
Corporate hospitality has become an extremely significant element of the Wimbledon tennis tournament. This is particularly clear when many seats at matches played during the lunchtime period remain empty until lunch has ended. The fact that many of those attending place more emphasis on lunch than on watching tennis angers ordinary tennis fans, many of whom have to queue for a very long time to obtain tickets. The All England Club believes that it can do very little to reverse this trend.

A taste of honey that's not so sweet
Article Abstract:
It has become common the UK for tabloid newspapers to use young, attractive, female reporters to trap public figures in embarrassing situations. This has been seen recently in the case of reporter Louise Oswald, who was able to get rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio to reveal that he took cocaine. Tabloid newspaper executives believe that these tactics are legitimate, stating that any tactic can be justified if an offence is sufficiently serious to require investigation.
