How your diet really can help you defy death
Article Abstract:
Dr Beverly Carey and her husband Dr Adam Carey, founders of the Natural Health Clinic in London, England, believe that there is a lot of strong evidence for the effectiveness of nutritional medicine. They are seeking to make patients aware that an individual's nutritional requirements can change over time, and that a general supplement is not necessarily always appropriate. They aim to integrate clinical nutrition with mainstream medicine, and have access to a wide range of high-tech tests.

Should we breast-feed until they're six?
Article Abstract:

However, an American professor has recently claimed that the biological natural period for breastfeeding is three-six years, based on observations of breastfeeding in other large primates. She believes that parents should now be informed that the advantages of breastfeeding can continue for several years.
