It's not what you say, it's the way that you say it
Article Abstract:
It is still very common in the UK for people to be discriminated against in the labour market on the basis of their accent. Those who speak standard English with no accent at all are most likely to be successful in seeking employment, according to the Institute of Personnel and Development, while those who have a strong regional or working-class dialect can experience considerable difficulties. Many employers feel that people with undesirable accents will have a negative impact on corporate image.

The truth about ... head lice remedies
Article Abstract:
There is a growing awareness in the UK that conventional cures for head lice infestation may in fact cause more problems than they cure. Most recently, attention has focused on malathion, an organophosphate pesticide which may be absorbed through the scalp and thus affect the body's immune system. It is probably much better to take a more natural approach, using ordinary shampoo, conditioner and a fine-toothed plastic comb to break the lifecycle of the lice.
