Investments
Article Abstract:
Economist Lord Keynes, who died in 1946, is most well known for his book 'The General Theory,' which has greatly influenced the course of 20th century economics. It is less well known that he was an active stock market investor, showing a great understanding of the way in which markets perform. He traded frequently in the 1920s, and was particularly successful in managing the finances of King's college at Cambridge.

Investments
Article Abstract:
Most investors have traditionally chosen unit trusts rather than investment trusts. This has mainly been because unit trusts have been directly advertised to the general public. In fact, investment trusts are often a more flexible investment vehicle, but they have remained in obscurity for many years. This situation is changing as investments trusts have begun to adopt a more direct approach to marketing.
