Are you an Oink? A Timat? Or just a Dimp?

Article Abstract:

It has become increasingly common in the UK to devise acronyms to describe people's circumstances. The first widely-used acronym, Yuppie (Young urban professional person in employment), was devised in the 1980s, but since them many more have appeared. These include Dink (Double income, no kids) and Dimp (Double income, money problems). Possibly the best social acronym so far is Sinbad, which stands for Single income, no boyfriend, absolutely desperate.

Cars whose owners may never return to claim them

Article Abstract:

There are many unclaimed cars at train stations along the route of the crowded commuter train that crashed with a smaller train close to Paddington station, London, England. These cars will play a valuable role in identifying some of the victims of the crash. Counselling centres have been established in some of the towns at which passengers boarded the train, recognizing that specialist help will be required by many survivors and victims' families.
