Just asking for a little respect
Article Abstract:
It is becoming increasingly common in the UK for graduates to seek employment that meets their ethical standards. They want to be able to respect their employer, and feel that it is important to find work through which they can make a real contribution to society. Perceptions about the ethics of a specific industry are increasingly affecting the success of recruitment campaigns. It is becoming easier for graduates to obtain information about a potential employer's ethical standards, as many companies now have a code of business ethics.

Flower power
Article Abstract:
There is now a wide range of software aimed at gardeners available in the UK. Some software features design tools which allow a garden to be planned on the screen, while other software contains a database giving details of plants according to characteristics such as colour or height. Macmillan Interactive Publishing's Perfect Plants, for example, is based around a database containing details of 2,000 plants. Koch Media's Multimedia Guide to Garden Plants is less expensive, but its search capabilities are rather limited.
