Loyalty brings some sky-high bonuses
Article Abstract:
Frequent flyer programmes (FFPs) have now become a key element of the marketing strategy of many leading airlines. Mileage schemes allow airlines to track and identify customers, establishing comprehensive customer profiles. Business travellers will choose the airline which offers the most appropriate flights for their requirements, but incentive schemes also play a key role in deciding between airlines. The ultimate secret to better health dished up on a plate
Article Abstract:
Experts believe that at least a third of all cancers are caused by diet. For certain types of cancer, including stomach and bowel cancer, there is an even closer link with diet. It is clear that increasing consumption of fruit and vegetables to at least five portions a day can reduce the risk of cancer, as can increasing consumption of starchy foods and dietary fibre. However, scientific knowledge of how diet can cause or prevent cancer is still very limited.

No longer a game of Vatican roulette
Article Abstract:
Many women are now considering Natural Family Planning (NFP) as an alternative to other forms of contraception, some of which are known to have associated health risks. NFP has traditionally been regarded as unreliable, but this is no longer necessarily the case. As long as the woman concerned receives proper instruction, NFP can be as reliable as any other contraceptive method.
