Major has been fishing in troubled waters
Article Abstract:
UK Prime Minister John Major has stood firm against his European Union counterparts, refusing to agree to reduce the Uk fish catch unless an agreement is reached on quota-hopping. The problem with fishing quotas is really of the UK government's own making. It refused to give financial assistance to fishermen who wanted to move into another occupation, and this encouraged fishermen to sell their boats and quotas on the open market. None of the other European Union countries allowed their quotas to be sold abroad. The government may now find itself having to buy back the quotas.

What have they done to Hillary?
Article Abstract:
Hillary Clinton seems to have been increasingly shaped by US government officials into their idea of the perfect president's wife. She was once highly respected as one of the most intelligent lawyers of her generation, but now appears to have lost the determination and enthusiasm which used to be such a strong part of her personality. She now comes across as cold and mechanical, lacking warmth and humanity.
