Law firms need a strategy for attracting new clients. Existing clients are a good source of new business. Clients are satisfied when service is of good quality. Clients' needs should be met. Market growth and reasonable margins should be investigated. Data collection and market research are essential. It is unprofitable to deal with minor crime. Initiatives on new areas of development should be recorded for future reference.

Jury is out on courts agency
Article Abstract:
There will be immediate financial results from the conversion of the Courts Service to an executive agency. There will be charges for bring civil cases to county courts, with companies possibly being charged more than individuals. Other changes to result from the move will include the closure of some of the 50-70 courts which are less busy than others and new management procedures for the 10,000 court staff.
