There's a hole in my navel, my nipple, my nose
Article Abstract:
Body piercing is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, particularly among younger people. Some observers believe that piercing can bring health risks, but it is in fact very safe if carried out by a trained person in hygienic surroundings and proper after-care procedures are followed. However, piercing the tongue can be a very uncomfortable procedure, especially as the tongue swells considerably for some time afterwards. There is also the danger of breaking a tooth on the bar-bell used to pierce the tongue.

Stressed out? Let your feelings flow
Article Abstract:
Inner Quality Management (IQM), a programme developed by the Institute of HeartMath in California, is said to be very effective in relieving stress. It uses the Freeze-Frame relaxation technique, which emphasises moving attention to the heart and away from the mind. This has been shown to eliminate jagged heart rhythms, thus preventing the release of stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisone.
