'Never again' obviously doesn't apply in Rwanda
Article Abstract:
World leaders have recently been making great efforts to mark the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi's Auschwitz death camp, yet the continue to ignore the fact that genocide has taken place and could easily take place again in Rwanda. During the recent civil war there, up to 1 million people, mostly Tutsis, were killed, but the west continues to reject calls for international troops to enter the refugee camps in Zaire, where exiled Hutu extremists are regrouping to make a fresh attack on Tutsis in Rwanda.
