New strike threat hits BA flights
Article Abstract:
British Airways may face a further three-day strike by cabin crew following its decision to send home without pay staff who took part in the first three-day strike. Trade union officials have now stated that British Airways must reinstate around 100 cabin crew if further industrial action is to be avoided. The conflict between the airline and the trade unions has already led to considerable disruption at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
