One2One launches legal challenge to mobile auction
Article Abstract:
One2One is launching a legal challenge to the proposal by the UK Dept of Trade and Industry that current operators of mobile telecommunications services must agree to permit new licence winners to use the network of an existing operator until they construct their own network. Oftel is considering how long this would last and what access charges would be paid. It is believed that BT Cellnet and Orange privately support One2One.
