Article Abstract:
Computer games have become big business with retailers attempting to supply new Japanese games before official release into the UK market. In Britain alone 25 million pounds sterling was spent in 1988 on computer games hardware and software, most of this on items from Nintendo, a major Japanese firm. Specialist magazines have sprung up including a video magazine 'The Click,' which reviews new games. Retailers are exploiting the kudos of being the first with a new game by selling the Japanese versions to enthusiasts.

He'll need more than faith this time
Article Abstract:
Singer George Michael has experienced considerable difficulties during the last five years, including an expensive court case aimed at obtaining his release from his recording contract with Sony, which he lost. He is now attempting to make a comeback, and has released a single entitled 'Jesus to a Child,' which is excellently modulated and arranged but very muted in style. He now wishes to portray himself as a mature, thinking man who has moved away from the world of frivolous pop music.
