Queen of the jungle
Article Abstract:
A relationship with a work colleague can have a very damaging impact on career progression, according to author Judi James. She acknowledges that many people may be tempted to have a relationship with a colleague, but feels that those who do so often regret it afterwards. It is vital that people work as a team in offices, and relationships can damage this balance. However, she points out that employers should not rule out the possibility of relationships taking place, even in very traditional business sectors.
