The storm before Mr Calm
Article Abstract:
Most people devote far too much time to worrying about things that will probably never happen, according to author Paul Wilson. He has been extremely successful with his book 'The Little Book of Calm,' which aims to guide the reader towards being more peaceful and less worried and frustrated. He feels that being calm can be very productive, and points out that people who need the adrenalin rush associated with worry and tight deadlines in order to push them into creativity will eventually experience problems.
