'This most dangerous paedophile.'
Article Abstract:
Paedophile, Alan Hopkinson, is seen as highly intelligent and highly dangerous. He initially spied on neighbors, and then started to act out fantasies from 1990. He began by trying to abduct an 18-year-old girl, and when this did not succeed, abducted an 11-year-old. He was jailed for seven years and served four of these, supervised for six months after his release. He selected girls after he was released and bought them candy. Parents complained of their children's visits to his apartment and he was warned by the police. This did not deter him, and his next victims were two girls of 10-years-old.
