War machine of the West revs up
Article Abstract:
There seems to be a positive atmosphere surrounding Nato troops as they move into Kosovo, Yugoslavia, from positions outside the province's borders. The withdrawal of the Serb army from Kosovo is also taking place in a positive atmosphere, with Nato aircraft now observing these troops, rather than attacking them. Considerable attention is being given to ensuring maximum media coverage of Operation Agricola, which will involve the largest military force assembled since the Gulf War crossing the border into Kosovo.

Did they have the time to feel fear before the B-52s did their work?
Article Abstract:
The Nato bomb attack on the village of Planeja, Kosovo, Yugoslavia, presumably targeted at Serb soldiers fighting against the Kosovo Liberation Army, caused widespread damage. Nato reports that each B52 plane used in the attack drooped 'tens' of munitions, and it is believed that several hundred people were injured. There are signs that Nato is becoming less reluctant to give details about the casualties it has inflicted on the Yugoslav army.
