What to do with a house of horrors?
Article Abstract:
There have been a number of cases in the past when it has been decided to demolish a house which is associated with a serious crime. Most recently, there has been controversy over what to do about 25 Cromwell Street, Gloucester, where Frederick and Rosemary West carried out many murders. Some local residents feel that it should be demolished, as it is pushing down the value of their properties, while others want it to be made into a shrine or memorial garden.

Cutting capital-gains taxes is government interference in the economy. Only the most affluent would be effected directly. The wealthy would seek to invest their money into that which gives the lowest tax bite rather than into investments which would best cause the overall economy to grow.
