Potential purchasers and tenants in the UK are often rather reluctant to consider properties located above retail premises. These properties are often situated on busy roads, and many people are concerned about possible disruption from retail activities. However, such properties can actually have a number of advantages. They are very close to facilities such as shops and public transport, and security is often good, as entrances are overlooked.
