Why today's man is losing his virility
Article Abstract:
Recent research indicates that sperm counts have declined dramatically since the mid-1980s, during which time the weight of men's testicles has also fallen. This conflicts with other research which shows no clear drop in sperm counts or semen quality, but this research tends to attract less attention from the media. Future research is likely to focus on the role of oestrogen in falling sperm counts, as it has already been suggested that exposure to more than the normal level of oestrogen in the womb at a vital stage of foetal development could cause abnormalities of the reproductive tract.

The mother of happy birth days
Article Abstract:
The Natural Childbirth Association of Great Britain, later renamed the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), was founded by Prunella Briance in 1957. At this time, it was common for pregnant women to be given almost no information about what may happen during labour, and medical staff often behave very inconsiderately. Briance lost one of her own children during labour, and this prompted her to look at how the situation could be improved for all women. She found that many women had suffered similar experiences.
