Will Psion keep the upper hand?
Article Abstract:
UK concern Psion, which has gained a very positive reputation for its range of hand-held electronic organizers, has been able to combine innovation with sound business ability. It has been particularly successful with the Series 3, which was launched in 1991 and has achieved sales of around 1.5 million worldwide. It has recently released the Series 5, which is slightly larger than the Series 3 and has a proper PC-style keyboard. Psion's only real problem in the foreseeable future is likely to be competition from Microsoft.
