You're so vain, they could make a movie about you
Article Abstract:
Robert Redford and Warren Beatty both feel that they should be regarded as the best actor-director in the US. The long-standing conflict between these two men is being reflected currently in the competition between Redford's epic love story 'The Horse Whisperer' and Beatty's political farce 'Bulworth.' Redford's film took $14 million when it opened on 2,000 screens, while Beatty's took $2 million on only 12 screens. Both men show very close attention to detail, and both are strongly aware of their superstar status in Hollywood.
