Plimer claimed Roberts' fundraising for a search for Noah's Ark in Turkey constituted unfair trade practices. Former believer and marine-salvage expert David Fasold charged Roberts with unauthorized use of his drawings of the site. The suit could have repercussions for all 'pseudoscience' claims.

Native claims muddy waters in fight over Australian lake
