Details about an arched pedestrian bridge in Seattle are given, that has been designed to resemble double-helical arrangement of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). This bridge is part of the Helix Project, which entails the construction of a large biotechnology research facility on a 29-acre site adjoining to Seattle's Elliott Bay.

Construction pattern of the Turtle Bay Sundial Bridge crossing the river Sacramento, Redding, California, which connects two parts of Turtle Bay Exploration Park, is described.
