Building materials: a stucco issue
Article Abstract:
The exterior insulation and finish systems consists of synthetic stucco placed over a foam insulation board and glued to the home's sheathing. It has no built-in drainage. Any water or moisture which gets between the foam and sheathing is trapped and causes rot and water damage.
